Phoenix Glass, Sculptured Art Glass, Phoenix Reuben
The Phoenix Glass Company is primarily known among collectors of art glass for it's sculptured art glass produced from the 1930s until the middle 1950s, although the company is much older than that. The items are often referred to as coming from Phoenix Consolidated, since the company was combined with the Consolidated Lamp and Glass Company. Many of the products were similar to those made by Consolidated, and you'll see many of the auction listings below under the heading of phoenix Consolidated. The company is still working today as part of the Newell Group under Anchor Hocking. Today, Phoenix no longer makes art glass. So, what you see falls in the vintage, collectible category.
